Our favorite white Bordeaux!
Onze favoriete witte Bordeaux uit de Graves! Deze mélange van 65% Sémillon en 35% Sauvignon Blanc brengt u een mooi gebalanceerde wijn met een diep goudgele kleur en aroma's van honing, gekonfijt fruit en abrikoos, met een lichte houttoets door de opvoeding op eik. In de mond is hij vol, mondvullend rond en romig maar bovenal zeer harmonieus.
Deze wijn is nu al zeer lekker maar u kan hem gerust nog enkele jaren laten liggen. Uitstekend te combineren met allerlei visbereidingen en schaaldieren, maar ook met terrines en zachte kazen.
Regelmatig geselecteerd door de betere wijngidsen zoals de Guid Hachette! En dat voor een spotprijs, wat wil u nog meer...
Our favorite white Bordeaux from Graves! This blend of 65% Sémillon and 35% Sauvignon Blanc brings you a beautifully balanced wine with a deep golden yellow color and aromas of honey, candied fruit, and apricot, with a light touch of oak from aging in oak barrels. On the palate, it is full-bodied, mouth-filling, round, and creamy, but above all, very harmonious.
This wine is already very tasty, but you can safely leave it for a few more years. Excellent with all kinds of fish dishes and shellfish, but also with terrines and soft cheeses.
Regularly selected by the better wine guides such as the Guid Hachette! And all that for a bargain price, what more could you want...
